- One of our clients who pays the same rate it would cost for the finest plan offered improved benefits by offering Doctor Choice, no gate keeper, $0 co-pay in-network, $10 co-pay out of network, $0 co-pay generic prescription, $3 co-pay brand, 100% hospital in-network, 80% out of network, and took $100,000 from his account December 2000 that otherwise would have been the insurance company's. Each year that has improved as insurance rates increased and in 2007 they received $400,000.
- Our client went for an eye exam without the required information to get discounts. He called us in a panic. We were able to fax the necessary information so he could get his discounts on the spot.
- The pharmacist couldn't get a prescription to go through correctly to the RX card company and was making the client pay in full. The client called us. We were able to contact the RX card company in California and got it straightened out before the client left the pharmacy!
